  • Make necessary adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize cycle time and part quality.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, clear jams, and diagnose mechanical or tooling issues. Maintain machines for chip removal, fluid levels and general housekeeping.

Experience:
  • Three plus years of proven experience as a Mill-Turn Machinist within a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Background with Nakamura-Tome WT100, WY100, WT250, Takisawa NEX108 / NEX105, Emco QT, and Clausing Storm 100.
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC programming languages such as Fanuc or other control systems.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T principles, blueprint reading, and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines confidently.
  • Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine offsets.
  • This position demands a detail-oriented professional committed to precision craftsmanship. If you possess the technical expertise and enthusiasm for manufacturing excellence, we encourage you to apply today.

What We Offer:
